I've been living here for more than 2 years and I have to say it is really nice place to live in. everything is great about it from management to neighbors. I really recommend it for everyone who wants to move here and have a quite and nice area to live in.

I've only lived here a week, but it feels like I'm home. I couldn't rate the maintenance because I haven't needed any, but given the staff I've met, I have no doubt it will be excellent. I'm so happy and comfortable here.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for breakfast this morning! I had forgotten all about it, so it was a nice surprise to see Darlene standing in the parking lot, flagging tenants to stop on their way out to work. Realizing that many of us were in a hurry, she even brought the boxes to our vehicles. The best part was that she did not do this begrudgingly, she was smiling and seemed genuinely happy to do this for us. This is a rough time of year for me, so it really made a difference and brightened my day. Thank you, Darlene and any other members of the staff who help make these events possible!

I had a good feeling about this property from the moment I discovered it online via Apartments.com. The website was so very easy to use and I had my results back the same day I submitted my application. Michael the community manager was ready and wiling to answer any questions that I had and helped me coordinate almost every detail of my move to Waterbury. The entire process was a breeze thanks to their easy to use e-signatures process and online work flow. The apartment itself is perfect for me! All ground level with no steps, makes life so much easier than where I use to live. I have my own washer and dryer in my own personal laundry room. I can always find parking and its surprising how quiet the entire complex is. I even have a neighbor whom I've met that works with me. The complex is clean and well lit at night which makes us feel safe. I love the location and its easy access to shopping and schools. I am grateful to have found a community that I can call home. A community that puts its residents first! Thanks Waterbury!

I'm writing this review based on my experience living in this apartment. Everything here is awesome from the staff, neighbors, apartments and the area. Everything close to you, like Macy's target and kroger. The only thing that I hope they will do it is lower the price for the renting cuz the pricing little bit high. But if you don't worry about the money then go ahead and rent an apartment in Waterbury apartments like what I'm doing now!!
